I found a post on Facebook about my Mom's famous egg recipe. Now I have no idea about any famous egg recipe, but it seems to me most of her recipes were famous.
So, I have a request for that egg recipe and I am going to start finding her recipes and putting them here.
PS hey look, I think that might be the casserole a few posts down.

I have more of her recipes, in between packing I will e-mail them to you ( probably only one at a time though ;))
